Lord Mynas to Study Theology

[20.07.09]

The minister charged with cleaning up the City has stated that he no longer intends to return to the financial sector when he steps down.  In an interview with the Sunday Times, Lord Mynas stated that he was troubled by the "absence of clear moral purpose" in banking and the "casino culture" of the City.

The minister, a Methodist, now plans to study comparative theology to see how different faiths treat moral questions.
