REonline Contributor Honoured

Seeta Lakhani, who has contributed a number of Hinduism resources to REonline, as well as writing on Hinduism and recording for the BBC, has received, on behalf of her company (LifeLine), a 'Volunteering and Participation Award' as part of the 2009 Children and Young People awards.

Winners were honoured at a gala dinner hosted by Children's secretart Ed Balls on the evening of Thursday 26 Novemeber.  LifeLine Institute was highly commeded for their work with young people not in mainstream education.

REonline congratulates Seeta and LifeLine Institute for all the valuable work they are doing.
